平滑肌细胞(SMC)是动脉疾病发展的主要因素。血管SMC切换到增殖表型的能力是血管疾病发展和进展的主要因素之一。肺动脉平滑肌细胞(PASMC)表达VEGF和FGF-2,并在脉动血流过程中受到机械力。慢性肺缺氧引起血管重塑伴 PASMC 增生,并导致肺动脉高压。培养的PASMC在血管疾病研究中起着重要作用,可用于确定治疗肺血管疾病的新治疗靶点。
海星生物分离的人肺动脉平滑肌细胞采用酶消化法并结合平滑肌细胞专用培养基培养筛选制备而来,细胞总量约为5×10⁵cells/T25瓶。

细胞纯度:≥90%
微生物检测:不含有支原体、细菌、真菌等污染
