成纤维细胞是来源于胚胎中胚层的间充质细胞。它们合成细胞外基质的成分,维持结缔组织的结构完整性,并积极参与伤口愈合。越来越多的证据表明,卵巢成纤维细胞可以被卵巢癌细胞诱导和激活,分泌多种生长因子、趋化因子、胶原蛋白和基质修饰酶,为癌症进展和转移建立促肿瘤、抗免疫原性的生态位。这些结果表明,成纤维细胞在癌症发展和侵袭行为中起着刺激功能作用。
海星生物分离的人卵巢成纤维细胞采用酶消化法并结合成纤维细胞专用培养基培养筛选制备而来,细胞总量约为5×10⁵cells/T25瓶。
