Storage and Handling

1.The Cas9 lentivirus is shipped on dry ice. Upon receipt, store the productat -80℃ to maintain stability. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles to preventdegradation of viral particles.

2.Thelentivirus remains stable for 6-12 months when stored at -80℃. If stored beyond6 months, verify the viral titer before use to ensure optimal performance.

3.Theincluded Polybrene reagent should be stored at -20℃.
