Introduction
Human autophagy dual-labeled lentivirus carries EGFP-LC3-mRFP dual fluorescent marker genes for real-time monitoring of autophagy processes. Through efficient lentiviral transduction, it achieves stable expression, suitable for studying autophagy pathways, cellular stress responses, and related disease mechanisms. Its ability to infect various cell types and low immunogenicity make it an ideal tool for researching neurodegenerative diseases, cancer, and infectious diseases, providing precise dynamic observation for autophagy studies.
