Hep-3b细胞建系于1979年,源自一位患有肝癌的7岁黑人男童。该细胞产生甲胎蛋白(alpha-fetoprotein)、乙肝表面抗原(BHsAg)、白蛋白、巨球蛋白、α-抗胰蛋白酶(alphal-antitrypsin)、转铁蛋白、补体(C3)、C3活性载体,纤维原等,具有广泛的研究价值。

注意事项:
1.该细胞贴壁比较弱,室温静置太长时间、添加的培养基过冷等情况时会出现明显的细胞回缩变粗变短的现象,及时放回培养箱静置培养后可恢复正常。
2.消化时间偏短,注意控制消化时间。该细胞在消化时极易受损,需要非常精细的控制消化操作、消化时间及吹打力度。若控制不好,会导致细胞形态异常、生长速度减慢甚至无法继续传代培养,很容易出现传代一两次就无法继续生长传代的情况。3.培养时背景中可能有较多黑点,为细胞代谢产物和细胞碎片,不影响细胞生长。若黑点较多可以在换液时用预热的PBS轻轻润洗。
