背景介绍：DHX15, also named as DBP1 and DDX15, is a DExD/H-box protein that has been identified in spliceosome, through its carboxyl (C)-terminal G-patch Domain and stimulates the helicase activity of DHX15. DHX15 is a Pre-mRNA processing factor involved in disassembly of spliceosomes after the release of mature mRNA. The MW of DHX15 is about 90-95kd.
